We are so happy you have decided to apply to Pine Village! We have a wonderful community of families in our schools and are thrilled you would like to join us.
Step One: The Inquiry Form
The first step is to fill out our inquiry form. This provides us with the information we need to make sure we direct you to the right location and provide you with answers relevant to your particular child(ren). In some cases, families will initially call or email the Director at their school of interest – this is totally fine, of course! But if you would like to move further into the process, we need all the details outlined on the inquiry form.
Steps Two and Three: The Tour and Application
Once we receive your inquiry form, we will contact you to set up a tour in the school(s) of your choice; these visits are typically scheduled for 9:30 AM, Monday – Friday and we host only one family per day at each school. If you are able to visit during that timeframe, it gives you a chance to see Pine Village in action, meet the school’s director and teachers, and, if you bring your child, a chance for you to see her or him in our preschool environment.
The timing of your visit is flexible; it can be done before or after you apply. But we strongly recommend that you see the school(s) prior to when you need to make a final decision about enrollment and sign the contract.
As soon as you know you are interested, we invite you to fill out an application form and ask that you pay the application fee. Although completion of the application doesn’t guarantee a space, it lets us know you are serious about attending Pine Village.
While we accept applications throughout the year, we begin working with brand new families on enrollment according to the following timeframes:
For summer or September – the preceding March
For mid-year enrollment – two months prior to your desired start date
Step Four: Contracting
Once we confirm availability and the details provided on the application, we will prepare a contract for you. This contract will be emailed to you via a service called EchoSign. The contract will detail your schedule, your school of choice, the tuition, and payment terms. (All tuition and deposits are non-refundable.) Once you’ve signed the contract and paid your deposit, your space is secure!
