Our school in Needham, which opened in September of 2010, is a fabulous and spacious facility.
With two large, light-filled preschool rooms for our 3-5 year-olds, this facility also has an open and airy toddler space for eighteen busy 2-year-olds. Conveniently located on the Newton/Needham border, our Needham school is just off Highland Ave and Rte. 95. We are a short walk from the beautiful Charles River Walk and have our own on-site playground right outside the front door. We are located around the corner from the former ISIS Maternity and next door to Kids Street (formally Kids U) in an up and coming family destination area for active parents and kids.
My name Gabriela Allaria and I’m pleased to be the Director at Needham Pine Village Preschool!!
I believe that the preschool years are an important time in your child's education to develop the love for learning and discovering a new language. My priority is to lead a school that provides quality childcare with a rich and safe environment that allows children to explore freely and learn from every experience provided. Create a positive, warm and nurturing environment in which everyone feels comfortable and safe as they walk through the door. I am committed to making your child's preschool experience an exciting time, full of growth and development! I had been teaching preschoolers and teaching the Spanish language since 2005. In Argentina, I’d studied Psychology and later in USA I’d obtained my Child Development Associate Credential, and have a MA teaching License.
On a personal level, I was born in Argentina and moved to USA in 1996 with my family. We lived in Florida until 2012 when we moved to Massachusetts. I have been married for many years and I am a mom of three beautiful children and I have two awesome grandchildren! Family is very important to me and I know how important and special your child is. In my role as director, I’ll be doing what I love, support the teachers, getting to know parents and help the children’s growth!
Preschool is an exciting place to be! I believe is important to create a sense of community and to provide with love a wide variety of learning experiences throughout the day. I believe every play situation is a learning experience! It is important for your child to develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through their play. All of this can be accomplished by providing a rich curriculum that covers all the crucial areas but is focused on each of the children’s individual needs and interests.
I look forward to supporting and guiding our teachers in this learning adventure.
Together we will work as a team and make this an enjoyable and meaningful experience for your child!
I am delighted to be a part of your child's preschool experience.
